Onsite clinic

Full-time City of Clarksville employees can opt in or out of the onsite health & wellness clinic managed by One to One Health regardless of enrollment in the City's health insurance. Access to the City clinic is only $2.50 per paycheck and is Payroll deducted. Family members can use the onsite health & wellness clinic if the City employee and dependent(s) are enrolled in the City’s health insurance and the Employee has opted into the clinic.
